Genius Loci wins the Audience Prize after 4 months of accelerator from MITdesignX to the prestigious Institut du Rosey in Switzerland.

Le 12th December 2025, in the heart of the prestigious Le Rosey Institute in Rolle was held on Pitch Day for the first cohort of MITdesignX in Switzerland, A highlight event bringing together innovation, design and impact entrepreneurship. It took place in Le Philo, the Rosey's new flagship building, a truly futuristic 16,000 square meter innovation space.

Speaking on over 100 Swiss and international startups have applied to leave, alone 15 were selected to join this program of excellence, developed by the School of Architecture and Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and hosted in Switzerland for the first time by The Rosey Institute of Technology & Entrepreneurship.

At the end of Pitch Day, three prizes were awarded:

  • Jury Prize Inia Bioscience: innovation in life sciences
  • Impact Award: Vaulted: Low-carbon solutions for construction
  • Audience Prize : Genius Loci

Win the Audience Award Being chosen by a discerning audience of investors, experts, entrepreneurs, and guests of Le Rosey is a significant international recognition. This award confirms:
