Before returning your medal, you must contact us at hello@geniusloci.com.
If you wish to return your medal(s), you must return them within 14 working days of receiving the order to receive a refund. Medals returned after this time cannot be refunded.
We recommend that you send the return with signature, and keep your receipt as proof.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage, which is non-refundable unless the medal sent is incorrect or faulty.
All returns (unless faulty) must be sent back in the original unopened packaging.
Personalized medals are not eligible for return or refund. (unless they are faulty)
If a returned package is lost, you must file your claim with the carrier. Genius Loci Ltd is not required to take care of this.
