Your spaces Genius Loci belong to you and you have the mission but also the responsibility to create quality content on the places you love.

Genius Loci is the tool that houses your content. This does not mean, however, that the content is not controlled, quite the contrary:

Basically, it is important to note that Genius Loci is not a social network accessible to everyone immediately. The content is accessible when you find and scan the medal.

We work with cities, regions, tourist offices, associations, etc. and when they launch a project, they always designate a trusted person who will take responsibility for carrying out the project. It is generally this person who will decide which places to promote and especiallyPeople invited to create content.

In the examples of already launched projects, we observe several different methods to control quality.

  • Content can be created by your team, allowing you to maintain 100% control.
  • If you do not have enough human resources on your team, you can hire a writer to create the content, which will ensure overall content quality and a unified tone of voice.
  • You can also include trusted citizens to participate. This brings extremely rich content and also contributes to the collection and preservation of local memories. In this case, the project manager can proofread the content and correct errors if necessary.

Our digital interface has several features that allow the project leader to control quality:

Super Admin Mode

Super admin mode allows:

  • To invite new Geniuses
  • To remove access to the location from a particular Genius
  • In the future to “lock” a location temporarily or permanently in order to prevent any modification

Content editing

Content can be edited when necessary. It is very easy to create and edit content. Either using your smartphone or with a computer. The Genius can also easily modify (edit) the contents of secrets, and change the order in which secret cards appear. A spelling error, for example, can be corrected instantly after being detected.

Our team also checks the quality of the content. If we notice errors or incorrect use of the tool, we contact the project leader. We also reserve the right to remove content if it does not comply with our Charter of Geniuses.
