If a medal in the pack of 20 malfunctions, do you replace it?

Of the 20 medals in a pack, there is no reason for a particular medal to malfunction.

But if this were nevertheless to be the case, the cause would be a faulty QR code or one presenting a defect during laser engraving.

In this case we obviously replace the medal.
