Why is this Genius Loci is considered a “ invention '"?

Very often successful inventions seem simple, almost obvious. However, they manage to solve a complex problem in an elegant way. This is the case of Genius Loci.
First of all, it is a type of signage phygital (both physical and digital) entirely dynamic, meaning that the contents and their architecture are not created statically. It is therefore possible from a medal to activate a new place and write content there immediately, without calling on a specialist agency or a webmaster.
Then, Genius Loci is a couple between the physical medal, a webApp allowing you to consult the contents and an advanced management interface allowing optimal layout of the contents and advanced management of writing rights, allowing a collaborative approach to the valorization of material heritage and intangible at the local and regional level.
The inventive nature of Genius Loci is also protected by a patent relating to the Design of the medal.
