Before returning your medal, you must contact us at hello@geniusloci.com.
If you wish to return your medal(s), you must return them within 14 business days of receiving your order to receive a refund. Medals returned after this period cannot be refunded.
We recommend sending returns by signed-for delivery and keeping your receipt as proof.
You are responsible for return postage costs, which are non-refundable, unless the medal sent was incorrect or defective.
All returns (unless defective) must be sent back in the original unopened packaging.
Customised medals are not eligible for return or refund. (unless defective)
If a returned parcel is lost, you must file your claim with the carrier. Genius Loci Ltd is not obliged to handle this.
