What do these medals look like?
Our medals measure 9 x 11 cm. Sleek and elegant, they fit anywhere, as close as possible to the object being showcased.
We make them in Switzerland, in our own workshop. They are crafted from brushed stainless steel — a particularly resistant and ecological material, as it can be recycled very easily.
Customisation
We offer personalised engraving on the medals for local authorities, associations or individuals.
Minimum order: 20 medals.

Built to last
We chose brushed 316L stainless steel for its extreme resistance to corrosion and the elements.
The engraving is produced through a special laser marking process that reacts with the stainless steel and tints it deeply. Our medals therefore stand up to scratches far better than standard printed signs.

2,000 years ago, the Romans believed every place was protected by a Genius Loci, the spirit of place.
Today, “genius loci” refers to the unique atmosphere of a place — its character, its history. The term is particularly used in architecture.
We have taken up this idea to turn it into a tool for showcasing and digitising heritage, driven by citizens themselves.
Founded in Switzerland by the designers of Design Sprint Ltd, Genius Loci SA finally makes hyperlocal destinations attractive, at a cost that is genuinely accessible to municipalities, associations and local authorities.
