Our medals have many advantages, but they are smaller and generally less visible than classic, more expensive panels. We designed them as a “smallest common denominator”, to guarantee access to information in any context, without altering built heritage or natural sites.

  • Sometimes, for large highly political projects, specific signage must be created.
  • Sometimes a route with classic panels has already been planned and budgeted, and there is no going back.
  • Finally, some recognised institutions such as the French Monuments Historiques or the yellow Wanderweg hiking paths in Switzerland could clearly benefit from our digital interface, but already have their own recognised and very effective signage.

In all cases, Genius Loci has the virtue of adapting to your situation.
Our principle is simple: if your signage is more qualitative than ours, we will allow you to use our QR codes on your own signage. You will then only use the Genius Loci digital tools.

In this case, you will only receive your QR codes in digital format from us, and the total price will be reduced by 20%.

We will ask you beforehand to present your signage concept. If it is not considered qualitative enough, we reserve the right not to sell our digital infrastructure without medals.

It is also important to keep in mind that Genius Loci is designed to valorise Places.
The signage must therefore be physical, fixed and not temporary.
